CASTELFALFI

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Castelfalfi, a 1,100-hectare estate featuring five-star accommodations, the region’s largest golf course, and extensive agricultural production, located near Florence and nestled in the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside. The village’s medieval past coexists today with the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of a place frequented by a wide range of local and international visitors.

The firm was involved in the design of the company restaurant, with the aim of reimagining the social and communal spaces for employees. The project responds to the client’s request to renovate the facilities for its employees, bringing them in line with the quality of the interiors in the guest facilities.

The design conceives of the staff restaurant not merely as a functional space, but as a place for gathering, taking a break, and socializing. Materials, colors, furnishings, and details all contribute to creating a welcoming and well-appointed environment, designed to enhance the daily experience of those who work at the resort.
