Villa FB

Nestled in the pine forest of Forte dei Marmi, Villa FB is a residence designed for a family and for a lifestyle that is open, bright, and deeply connected to the outdoors. The interior design project developed by the studio focuses on the relationship between the house, garden, veranda, and terraces, creating welcoming, well-proportioned living spaces that interact harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

On the ground floor, the living area opens onto the garden through large windows. The living room, kitchen, and reception areas are designed as open-plan spaces, flooded with natural light and seamlessly connected to the veranda, which serves as a natural extension of the home and a prime spot for outdoor living.

The material palette is inspired by the site itself: light surfaces, natural tones, wood, travertine, and soft color accents create a simple, welcoming summer atmosphere. The kitchen, featuring sage green cabinet fronts and wood accents, adds a subtle touch of color that harmonizes with the warm tones of the floor and the brightness of the rooms.

On the upper floor, the rooms take on a more intimate and personal character. Colors, fabrics, headboards, curtains, and small furnishings all contribute to creating bright, informal rooms designed to be enjoyed naturally. Each room features a private bathroom, with different material and color schemes: lacquered furniture, multicolored marble floors, vertical wall coverings, and custom-designed sinks create distinct spaces that remain consistent with the home’s overall identity.

The interior design strikes a balance between simplicity and character, between neutral surfaces and more expressive details. Villa FB does not create a decorative aesthetic, but rather a sequence of domestic spaces in which materials, light, color, and furnishings come together to create a relaxed, familiar atmosphere deeply connected to the landscape of Forte dei Marmi.
