PIAGGIO MUSEUM

Exhibition Design ’s project stems from the need to display a large number of vehicles in an orderly arrangement that showcases them, using a standardized and clear communication system to guide and inform visitors as thoroughly as possible. The layout at theExhibition Design is partly chronological and partly divided into thematic sections.

The start of the tour is marked at the entrance by three central platforms, from which three sections branch off. In the first and second sections, all of Piaggio’s historic models are displayed in chronological order, and along this timeline, visitors will also encounter the Ape and Ciao models. The final section is dedicated to the relationship between the Vespa and cinema, and between the Vespa and art.

The museum’s experience is enriched and rounded out by the technology section, the military section, the travel section, and, finally, an area for temporary exhibits where vehicles are displayed on a rotating basis.
