Nabè, a brand specializing in modular wooden furniture for children and families, is opening its first Italian store on Via San Gregorio in Milan. The Exhibition Design project Exhibition Design the brand’s identity Exhibition Design within the space and serves as the first pilot store in a future network of locations: a place designed not only to showcase products, but also to illustrate a way of living, growing, and evolving over time.
The space was designed as a modular exhibition system, organized around a sequence of set-like rooms that evoke real-life domestic environments
and depict different stages of a child’s development. Each set brings together furnishings, uses, and atmospheres, allowing visitors to imagine the products within concrete situations that mirror everyday life. The store thus takes shape as a narrative space, where the product’s story aligns with the creation of a clear, engaging, and natural spatial experience.
The layout design transcends the rigidity of a traditional layout and creates a fluid arrangement that combines clear exhibition presentation, multiple ways of experiencing the product, and adaptability. The Exhibition Design system Exhibition Design built around movable screens and track-mounted drapes that define backdrops and lightweight partitions. The result is a flexible system capable of easily reconfiguring the space to accommodate new exhibition requirements, events, or future developments in the product range, while always preserving the overall unity of the project.
